Teacher Membership Challenge

Qualifying units will be entered into a drawing to receive one of three FREE California State PTA 2017 Convention registrations.
Requirements:
  • 100% of your full-time credentialed teachers join your PTA.
  • Your PTA increases membership above last year's total.
  • A completed application is received in the Fourth District Office by February 1, 2017.
There are four ways to turn in your application:
  1. Hand deliver to the Fourth District office.

  4. Mail to:  Fourth District PTA, 1520 Brookhollow Drive, Suite 40, Santa Ana, CA  92705
