Fourth District PTA would like to spotlight the amazing work our PTA leaders and members have accomplished. 

Nominations forms are available on the Fourth District PTA website for the following categories:

• Outstanding Unit
• Outstanding Council
• Outstanding Teacher
• Outstanding Administrator
• Creative Membership
• Creative Program

All nominations must be received by Thursday, February 11, 2016.
